Top 5 posts to reply to today

A daily shortlist of the five conversations most worth joining — each with why it matters, the right angle, and a reply draft in a human voice.

Set it up

2. Hand your agent the playbook — hit Copy below (it grabs the instruction plus the full playbook), fill in the placeholders, and paste it into your agent. Pasting the playbook instead of describing the idea makes the agent run this exact workflow rather than improvise its own.

Instruction + full playbook
Set up a daily recurring task using the playbook below. Product name: "{PRODUCT_NAME}".

What it does

  • Pulls the last 24 hours of high-relevance mentions
  • Scores reply-worthiness: questions, comparison threads, misconceptions, high-visibility posts
  • Skips praise-only posts, competitor employees, and threads not worth joining
  • Drafts a 2–4 sentence reply per post — helpful first, product second
  • Requires affiliation disclosure whenever a draft recommends your product
  • Never pads: fewer than 5 worthy posts means a shorter list

Top 5 posts to reply to today — playbook
Every day, do the following:
1. Call get_workspace for the company profile, and list_keywords to confirm
   "{PRODUCT_NAME}" is tracked.
2. Call list_mentions for the past 24 hours with relevance: High. Include
brand mentions and, if tracked, category and competitor keywords.
3. Score each post for reply-worthiness. Prioritize:
   - direct questions the team could answer
   - recommendation and comparison threads where a reply could win a customer
   - misconceptions or wrong info about the product worth correcting politely
   - high-visibility posts (active thread, large audience) mentioning you
Skip: pure praise (just like/thank it), posts by competitor employees,
threads older than the post makes worth joining, and anything where a
   vendor reply would feel intrusive.
4. Pick the top 5. For each one produce:
   **Post:** > {quote, trim to ~200 chars}
   **Where:** {url} ({source}, {timestamp}, author)
   **Why reply:** one line
**Angle:** one line on what the reply should do
**Draft:** 2–4 sentences. Helpful first, product second. Sound like a
person, not a brand account{VOICE_NOTES}. If the draft recommends
{PRODUCT_NAME}, it must disclose the affiliation ("I work on...").
5. Post the digest in chat, best opportunity first. If fewer than 5 posts
are genuinely worth replying to, list what qualifies and say so — don't
   pad the list.
Do not reply to anything yourself. Drafts are for a human to review,
edit, and send from their own account.
