It assigns a high, medium, or low relevance score, and it also tags posts with sentiment and categories (e.g., buy-intent, customer testimonial, promotional). You can choose to receive alerts for all posts or just those marked as high or high and medium (default).

Yes! You can receive notifications for new mentions directly in Slack. You can also customize which relevance levels trigger alerts.
