Go to Settings → Members

Enter their email address and choose Member or Admin

They accept the email invitation to join your workspace

Roles

Admins manage billing, invite members, assign roles, and create admin-level API keys. Members can use everything else, including keywords, feeds, the dashboard, and destinations.
